From the airport you can take a train to the central station and from there take tram nr. 4 or 25 till the stop "Stadhouderkade" . Walk into the direction the tram is going and take the second street on your left, nr.398. You can also take the train to the RAI station and take tram nr.4 till the same stop and walk back. By car: When you're coming from the A2 (Utrecht) and are approaching Amsterdam keep left directiojn centre. On the bridge over the river Amstel stay right and turn right following the river. After two crossings with traffic lights it's the 3rd small sidestreet on your left. Coming from the roundway A10 take the exit RAI and keep right, turn right at the big traffic square and keep going straight. After the 6th traffic light when you can see the street is ending in a T take the forelast street on your left.
